Holiday cottage on 2 levels on the same plot as the owners. Private outdoor areas: parking, unfenced grounds, fenced pool area (pool secured by a shutter), covered pool house with garden furniture and gas hob (bathroom with shower and WC), stream adjacent to the house. Entrance hall with independent WC and washbasin, leading on one side to a suite accessible to PRM (bedroom and shower/bathroom with WC) and on the other to a corridor with 2 steps down to access the laundry room (washing machine, baby equipment), large living room with bar area and fireplace, large fitted kitchen with dining area. A 1st staircase leads from the living room to the upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and WC; 3 other bedrooms with private shower room and WC.
