From the living room, staircase leading to the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, en-suite shower room and WC. Terraces for each ground-floor bedroom, including one overlooking the pétanque court. Shared laundry room accessible from outside or entrance hall: private washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment. Communal heated swimming pool (8x4.5m/up to 1.50m), Jacuzzi. Gas barbecue/plancha. Barn with games (table tennis, table soccer, etc.). Beds 90x190 available if required.
