Two-story holiday cottage. On the ground floor, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, and a dining room. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with one 140x190 bed and one Bed 90x190. Adjoining bathroom with a dressing area. Reversible air conditioning on both floors. Terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. 12-hectare unfenced property, parking, 7m x 3.5m saltwater Piscine (1.40m deep) with a 24 m² wooden deck. Towels and sheets included. Cleaning service optional; electricity billed based on meter reading.
