Domaine de Phébus is an old farmhouse renovated in 2025. Divided into two parts, "the main house for 10 people" and "La Fourniol for 4 people", the estate offers a rare tranquility, with no neighbors or vis-à-vis. From the grounds, you can watch cows grazing peacefully, and the occasional deer or rabbit crossing the meadow in complete freedom. You'll love the light, spacious rooms and warm, modern decor that invite you to relax. The all-inclusive package ensures a stress-free stay, not forgetting the private swimming pool (open from June to September). Situated between Padirac, Rocamadour and Figeac, you can explore the Lot's must-sees in the blink of an eye.
The Presque cave and the majestic Autoire waterfall are within walking distance of the Holiday cottage, while the Saule water park, the Dordogne river and the Montal Golf course will delight both young and old. Main house accessible by 2 steps: entrance hall, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with open-plan shower room, separate WC, 60m² living room with access to a 21m² terrace and 2m² balcony. First floor: 4 bedrooms (3 x 140cm beds, 1 x 160cm bed), 2 shower rooms, 2 separate WCs. Reversible air-conditioning upstairs and in the living room. Electric heating in bedrooms. Wifi fiber access. La Fourniol: 24 m² living room with 9 m² terrace, shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds). Electric heating in bedrooms and air-conditioning in living room. Laundry room on garden level with washing machine. Gaming room with ping-pong table. Unenclosed grounds of 1 ha: private saltwater Piscine (10x5 with 1m40 flat bottom and 2m paddling pool with 30cm of water) secured by a tarpaulin, pool house, area with soccer pitch, pétanque area. Covered shelter for 7 cars. Possibility of renting only one of the two accommodations (10 or 4 pers.) on request outside summer.
