The 37-hectare estate is set in the heart of the countryside, within easy reach of tourist attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint Cirq Lapopie and Sarlat. What's more, the Holiday cottage will meet all your expectations: the comfort of good bedding, private shower rooms in all bedrooms, a large swimming pool. Holiday cottage on 2 levels on the same plot as the owner's house. Entrance to living rooms: lounge, dining room and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen (built-in oven, American fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, small appliances). Living room with TV, sofas and armchairs. Dining room with large table, reversible air conditioning. 2 bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two 90x190 beds, each with private, open-plan shower room (Italian shower, WC, hairdryer). On level -1, 4 bedrooms: 2 with 160x200 beds and 2 others with 90x190 beds. Each has its own shower room, WC, access to a private terrace and reversible air conditioning. Unenclosed grounds with heated 12x5 swimming pool, 1m80 deep, with paddling pool area and steps, secured by 2 alarms (open from May to September, parking, outdoor games (soccer cage, swing, bowling green, volleyball, ping-pong). Shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. All-inclusive package.
