Holiday cottage located on the first level, accessible by stairs. Traditional bolet with garden furniture. Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140x190 and the other with 2 beds 90x190, with its own open-plan bathroom. Separate shower room and WC. Unenclosed grounds with the Holiday cottage and the owners' house, shared swimming pool (1.50m deep, flat bottom with Roman steps, 9mx4m) secured by a tarpaulin and fence (salt-treated), ping-pong table, outdoor games (pétanque), garden table, parking. Towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning optional.
