Village house accessed via the veranda overlooking the village square, then into the living room with wood-burning stove, through to the fitted kitchen, shower room and WC. Cellar accessible via the kitchen in the basement with private washing machine and firewood for winter use. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), then 5 steps down to 1 attic bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) and bathroom with WC. Electric heating on all floors except the bathroom, and wood heating on the first floor with electric radiator in the downstairs shower room. Private 35 m² terrace accessible from the kitchen, with alarm-controlled saltwater Piscine (4x3 from 1m40 to 2m30) with PH regulator, garden furniture, plancha and sun loungers. Free public parking lot in front of the Holiday cottage.
