In the Dordogne valley, in the heart of the village of Saint-Sozy, you'll be charmed by 'Chez Yvette', a typical village house renovated to a very high standard, with trendy fittings and decor. Close to all the shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurant...), you'll also be pleasantly surprised to discover that you're only 700m from the Dordogne river, with swimming and canoes... On site, you'll enjoy the landscaped patio, where you can relax in the shade in complete privacy!

90m² house, ground floor: lovely, bright 45m² living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, 1 separate toilet with washbasin, large storeroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 1.60 m double bed and a 4m² dressing room, the other with 2 x 0.80 m double beds that join to make a 160 cm bed, and a shower room. Electric heating and silent reversible air-conditioning. Outside, a pretty 35m² patio and a 35m² enclosed garden. Baby equipment available. Bike room available. Village festival on the weekend of July 26, one night free for all week-long bookings during this period. Housekeeping included in the price of the stay only in May.
