Chez Septi is a house close to Jean Noel's heart, named after his father. Ideally located 5 kms from Figeac, which boasts all shops and services, as well as a very pleasant leisure center with supervised swimming, playgrounds, etc...this house is pleasantly spacious and luminous, thanks to its large windows, and its comfortable equipment in all rooms. You'll also appreciate the lovely landscaped grounds. Depending on the season, Jean Noel will serve up vegetables from his garden and fresh eggs from his chickens! Fishing is available nearby... The house is built over a cellar and a large, enclosed garage. A grand staircase leads to a terrace that goes around a quarter of the way around the house, then to the front door, where you'll find a hall that leads to the large, open-plan living room on the right, the fully-equipped, independent kitchen on the left, then 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 140, 2 beds 90), a shower room and separate wc. This house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Electric roller shutters on all windows, oil-fired heating (included in the price - heating at 19°C).
