Away from the village, in the heart of a quiet hamlet overlooking the Dordogne valley at 500m, in a beautiful family property, this very pleasant year-round gite is ideally located just 9 km from the famous Cité de Rocamadour! Just completely renovated in 2017, this gite has all the comforts needed to accommodate 4 people. With its light-colored rooms, recent equipment and furniture that harmoniously blends the old and the new, this gite has everything to please! I You'll also appreciate the veranda giving access to the pleasant park planted with trees and flowers and featuring porches, children's play equipment and a large fenced-in swimming pool. For your comfort, sheets, towels and pool towels are provided. Access to the gite is via the property's shared courtyard, with 2 steps leading up to the private terrace (with garden furniture). A few more steps lead up to the gite's entrance hall, which leads to the independent kitchen with built-in units (top fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.), the living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, etc.), which opens onto a veranda with garden furniture and access to the grounds. Then 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm) and an extra bed for one person, shower room (shower cubicle), separate toilet.
