Comfortable 9-person Holiday cottage (can be adapted for 2/3 people (ask the owner for details)), located in the small village of Tauriac, with direct access to the Lake with children's play area, walks around the Lake, swimming, Fishing, restaurant, large wooded areas. The converted former family bar-restaurant boasts spacious rooms, a bar and a professional billiard table for entertaining friends and family. Nearby: Dordogne valley, Renaissance and medieval castles, Gouffre de Padirac, Presque caves, most beautiful villages in France. Rocamadour, Loubressac, Carennac, Autoire waterfall, St Cirq Lapopie, Martel (the City of 7 Towers). Nearby in CORREZE (Collonges La Rouge and Beaulieu sur Dordogne)
Ground floor: enclosed garden, ping-pong table, garden furniture, courtyard, free parking, cellar for bikes and other equipment. 1st level: large terrace, barbecue, awning and parasol, tables and chairs for outdoor meals. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV, large living room (52m2) with TV, 2 ceiling fans and billiards table. 1st floor: terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 0.90cm bed and another with a 1.40cm bed), 1 shower room, 2 separate WCs, one with a washbasin. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms: private shower room and WC for the bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), the pink bedroom with double bed (140cm) and its own shower room and WC. The last bedroom (blue) also has its own bathroom and WC.
Free WIFI. EDF and fuel charges are calculated on the basis of meter readings (€10 flat rate in July and August offered to tenants)Pets allowed on request (extra €14/week). Sheets and towels can be rented; tourist tax: 1.44/d/pers.
