Holiday cottage located on a 4-hectare plot of unenclosed land with 2 other cottages and the owners' house: alarmed swimming pool, to be shared with other guests, heated until the end of October (5x11- depth 1m50 to 2m50) with communal summer kitchen (gas barbecue with water point), tennis court, gaming room with table tennis and pool table, cabin for young children, parking area. Holiday cottage on 2 levels. Dining/living room, kitchen. Shower room with WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms on either side of the floor/open plan (no doors: curtains/reversible air-conditioning). Shared washing machine and tumble dryer, available from the owners. Private terrace and garden. All-inclusive package.
