Village house located next to the owners' house on two levels: a 25 m² covered terrace leads to the Holiday cottage with its lounge area and fully-equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: a large 28 m² attic bedroom (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 120x190, 1 bed 90x190). Air-conditioning and mosquito netting in all rooms. Wifi access. 100 m² enclosed communal grounds. Shared Piscine accessible by stairs (7 x 3, flat-bottomed, 1m45 deep) secured by electric roller shutter and 1m20 fence. Private parking space next to Holiday cottage. Washing machine available on request from owners only.
