Gîte on 3 levels. Unenclosed grounds with parking, garden, terrace, lounge and 5-seater Jacuzzi. Fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan living/dining room with access to terrace. Separate WC. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 180x190 which can be separated into 2 beds 90x190, 1 bedroom (master suite) with 1 bed 160x200 and crib, open/attached shower room and dressing room. 1 private shower room with WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with 4 beds 80x190 that can be linked to form 2 beds 160x190. Bed linen included. Electricity included but limited (subject to meter reading). Linen optional. WIFI access.
