Situated between the Lot and Cantal regions, the Beauregard gîte is ready to welcome you for your next vacation. Between countryside and mountains, it's a charming place. Enjoy a breathtaking view over the valley as you sit down to a meal on the terrace. In the heat of summer, take advantage of the communal swimming pool close to the gîte. Come and discover the tourist heritage of the Lot department: Rocamadour, Padirac, Autoire,... or the Cantalien department: Aurillac, Le Puy Mary or the Lac de Saint Etienne Cantales. Do you like hiking? There's a wide range of hiking trails within easy reach of the gîte. Come and stay at Gîte Beauregard, where nature and calm welcome you.

All on one level. Unenclosed grounds with parking and access to the entire 3000m2 wooded property. Entrance hall leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 140x190 bed and 1 with 2 90x190 beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate WC. Living/dining room with access to terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and fully-equipped kitchen. Access to the shared swimming pool located 200m from the gîte (shared with guests in July and August; the pool becomes private in June and September). Linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Electric cars cannot be charged (fast-charging station 5 minutes from gîte).
