Ideal for watching the horses in their stalls, around the grounds and not forgetting the direct view of the riding arena from the corridor and living room windows! Of course, respect for the animals is paramount. Horse riding is available on request during your stay, and bike hire is also available on request from the owners. Ideally located close to major tourist attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Gramat, Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and many more... A true haven of peace available all year round.

Apartment located on the 1st floor, above the stables. The owners live on the same property, with no opposite neighbours. Access via stairs and footbridge: large 45 m² living room with lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen area, then a large corridor leads to 5 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 bunk bed (90cm), then 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) each (possibility of making double beds (180cm)). Electric heating throughout. Wifi access. Private 20 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Parking space. Unenclosed grounds of approx. 38 hectares. Bed linen, towels, household linen, cleaning and heating included in the price!
