Set in beautiful grounds planted with trees and flowers, 15km from Cahors and 5km from Lalbenque, Au Jardin de Flavie is a pleasant contemporary Holiday cottage with spacious, bright rooms. We appreciate the modern comforts in every room and the equipment provided, which will delight Kids and parents alike. We can already see the relaxing moments shared around the ping-pong table, the table soccer, the swing...and the Piscine of course! not forgetting the bikes, the pool games and so many other surprises! We love the covered terrace lined with flower beds, the terrace around the Piscine and its pool house...and having the beds made on arrival! Contemporary single-storey Bungalow with a hall leading to a laundry room (washing machine), then the living room with dining area, lounge with flat-screen TV and open, built-in, fully-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 160cm bed and 1 with a 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room + wc. Large bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. Underfloor electric heating, wifi. Enclosed grounds of approx. 5000m², closed garage, covered shelter, private Piscine (8x4) with pool house. Composite-shaped Piscine, max. height 1.80 m, min. height 1.20 m + Roman staircase (strictly private and reserved for the sole tenant), in operation from June 1 to September 30.
