Inside, the house opens onto spacious living areas. The warm living room, with its exposed beams and fireplace, invites you to relax, while the large dining room and kitchen are ideal for sharing convivial meals. With its five comfortable bedrooms, the gîte provides a restful space for everyone. Outside, a garden awaits you, where young and old alike can enjoy the pleasures of nature and fine weather. The private swimming pool offers an intimate place to swim. The summer kitchen is ideal for enjoying sunny days and summer evenings under the stars. This gîte is an ideal base from which to explore the wonders of the Lot: the historic lanes of Rocamadour, the hiking trails, and the impressive caves of Padirac are all close by. Ground floor: games room, open-plan bedroom area with 1 x 140cm bed (+1 extra bed) and shower room with WC.1st level accessible from outside (staircase) or inside (spiral staircase): living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, veranda with dining area, bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, shower room, private WC. 2nd level: 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 others with 1 x 140cm beds), bathroom, private WC. Mezzanine area with children's games. Parking space with covered shelter. Enclosed grounds with alarmed swimming pool, covered summer kitchen. Bed linen, electricity and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning and towels optional.
