Imagine an oasis of serenity bathed in light, featuring a 110 m² terrace with electric opening and closing system, a private heated swimming pool (open all year round - water heated up to 30°) with counter-current swimming and massage jets! High-comfort Holiday cottage with top-of-the-range, innovative and refined features, designed and furnished by local craftsmen. Imagine yourself in this kitchen opening directly onto the terrace to enlarge the living space, with underfloor heating and underfloor cooling! Ideally located for exploring the magnificent Lot and Dordogne departments, including the City of Sarlat. Discover the castles, villages and waterways that surround you, and immerse yourself in nature!
Bungalow located opposite the owner's house: independent, private entrance gate, leading onto a large 110m² covered terrace with electric opening and closing system, private UV-heated swimming pool (10x4) with gentle slope secured by roller shutter, 4 sun loungers. Access to Holiday cottage via sliding doors: 25 m² living area with fully-equipped kitchen, 2 sofas, flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms (1 160cm bed, 2 90cm beds that can be made into a 180cm double bed) on either side of the living area with direct access to the terrace, private shower room (rain shower column), separate toilet (one with washing and heating jets) in each bedroom. 6 m² laundry room with washing machine, dryer and private drying rack, 5 m² shower room with large shower, washbasin and toilet. Wifi access. Heat pump underfloor heating throughout the Holiday cottage and terrace. Enclosed grounds of 200 m². All-inclusive! Extra charge for electric vehicle.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans le gîte de Maryse ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Maryse est une hôte remarquable : disponible, bienveillante et toujours aux petits soins.
Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par les délicates attentions à notre arrivée, notamment celles prévues pour notre petite puce .
Le gîte est tout simplement magnifique, impeccablement équipé et décoré a,il manque rien. On s’y sent immédiatement comme à la maison, voire mieux !
Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs en famille et une seule envie : revenir au plus vite. Un immense merci à Maryse pour son accueil exceptionnel et sa gentillesse.

Que dire si ce n'est MERCI. Je suis très touchée par ce si gentil message. J'ai beaucoup de plaisir à accueillir du mieux possible pour que l'on se sente en vacances certes mais aussi un peu chez soi. Mes "attentions" pour chacun de mes hôtes me semblent naturelles pour y parvenir et particulièrement pour les enfants. J'espère aussi avoir le bonheur de recevoir à nouveau votre charmante famille. Mich Un séjour parfait
L'accueil fait par Maryse nous met de suite dans l'ambiance de notre séjour. Et le gite est une succession de magnifiques découvertes. On se sent bien et tout est là pour profiter de cette belle région. La piscine est superbe et chauffée ! Le confort du quotidien est juste parfait. Nous reviendrons pour faire découvrir ce superbe logement et la région à nos proches.

Delphine et Maxime Séjour très agréable
Très bon accueil de Maryse, un gîte calme et très confortable proche du centre bourg et de toutes les commodités. Un plus sur la piscine toujours disponible, même sous le temps gris et pluvieux !
