Designed as a true retreat for relaxation, the bed and breakfast offers four refined rooms, tastefully decorated and providing top-of-the-line comfort. Two ground-floor rooms feature a private terrace overlooking the Piscine. Upstairs, one bedroom features a pleasant balcony overlooking the garden and the walnut grove, while a family room can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for stays with family or friends. Guests also have access to a spacious common area featuring a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, available to everyone for sharing a meal, preparing a picnic, or simply enjoying each other’s company. Semi-enclosed property with parking at the entrance; 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with private access from the private terrace (Piscine view): 1 160x200 bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Common areas with a shared kitchen (breakfast room and living room). From the living room, a staircase leads to another double bedroom with one 160-bed, an open-concept shower/bathroom, and a separate toilet. Private balcony. The last family room consists of a Kids area with two 90x200 beds, a hallway leading to the shower room and separate toilet, and another section with one 160x200 bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The three double bedrooms are rated 4 épis, and the family room is rated 3 épis. Shared terrace for breakfast when the weather permits. Heated pool from April to October, weather permitting (9x4m in size and 1m50 deep), secured by a roll-up cover. Barbecue available. The entire property is available for rent (contact the owners).
