Located 300 meters from the banks of the Dordogne River, this family home dating from 1888—nestled in the heart of a former farm—has been converted into a charming vacation home. Set in a peaceful setting, 1 km from the charming tourist village of Creysse—known for its unique heritage site designated a Historic Monument and its distinctive architecture—and 7 km from all shops and services, this house is ideally located to enjoy all the treasures this part of the department has to offer. In the warmer months, you can relax on the beautiful pebble beaches along the nearby river, which is also perfect for swimming and canoeing; you’ll also enjoy the hiking trails in the surrounding area as well as the proximity to the famous Way of St. James. We love this house with its typical Quercy charm, offering all the comforts needed for vacationers to have a wonderful time any time of year! Entrance via a few steps: living area (sofa, armchair, TV) / fully equipped, built-in kitchen:  (sink, oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, drip coffee maker, toaster...) , one bedroom with a 140-size bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry area with washing machine in the basement. Electric heating. Wi-Fi access. Covered carport. Unfenced lot of approximately 700m².  Bread is available at the campsite 200 meters from the village; there is a restaurant in the village. An extension to the house, which is occasionally occupied by the owner, offers privacy as it is not overlooked.
