Holiday cottage on 2 levels: 2-3 steps lead up to the main rooms, comprising a lounge area with sofa, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen area and a dining area. On the same level, an airlock leads to a shower room with large shower, separate toilet and a bedroom with double bed (140cm) giving access to the terrace and balcony. On the mezzanine level, a small sleeping area with 1 Bed 90x190 is accessed via a steep staircase. Upstairs, there's a large attic bedroom with a 140x190 bed and its own open shower room (large Italian-style shower), separate toilet. Terrace balcony with garden furniture. Terrace under a tree, barbecue. Laundry room accessible from the garden (washing machine and freezer). Unenclosed plot with parking space.
