Located at the crossroads of Périgord and Quercy, on the outskirts of a small village, surrounded by meadows, forests and Hiking trails, close to the main sites of the Dordogne Valley (Sarlat, Lascaux, Rocamadour,vallon d'Autoire,Loubressac, Carennac...), 18th-century character house with dovecote situated in the Countryside where you'll enjoy all modern comforts with antique furnishings and an open inglenook fireplace. Enclosed courtyard, terrace and 20000m² grounds. What's more, the owners will welcome you in their barn, specially converted to give you a glimpse of life in the Quercy region of yesteryear: evening gatherings around the cantou, evening toil and the discreet arrival of modernity... The barn will remain at your disposal for the duration of your stay, so that you can extend your stay with a change of scenery, if you wish.

2 Holiday cottages for 4 + 12 people / Big house for 12 people: 1st floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room, open fireplace, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom and toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (2 x 140cm beds), 1 bedroom in the pigeonnier on 2 levels (1 x 120cm bed), shower room and separate wc / 1 bedroom on the ground floor of the pigeonnier not communicating with the rest of the house, 1 x 140cm bed, shower room opening onto the bedroom, wc. Storeroom with freezer, fridge and washing machine. Oil and/or wood heating not included. Bungalow (4 pers) communicating with the courtyard of Holiday cottage 46G11847 (12 pers) but with private access and private grounds not overlooked: living/dining room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140), shower room and private wc. Shared enclosed courtyard, terraces with garden furniture and barbecue, large unfenced grounds, deckchairs, pétanque court and rampeau + 3 loan bikes. Enclosed premises with concrete floor available for motorcycles.

This Holiday cottage cannot be booked for more than 15 people, as it is not certified to meet ERP (Etablissement Recevant du Public) standards.
