We love the large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying meals in the shade with a view over the park, or simply relaxing! We love the veranda at the back of the house, with its direct view of the vineyards and Château Lagrezette! Inside, we also love the living room, bedrooms and bathroom, all completely refurbished! And above all, we love the fact that we're just 10 minutes from all shops and services, yet ideally located for discovering the famous wine cellars, typical villages and immediate access to Hiking trails! And last but not least: the private swimming pool, heated to 28° and covered, with an 80 m2 tiled beach. It's very popular with guests, given its interior layout. 6 steps lead up to a large covered terrace with garden furniture, then into the gite with all rooms on the same level: separate kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.), living room with wood-burning stove, sofa and flat-screen TV, WIFI. A family room with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x Bunk beds and 2 rooms with 1 x 140cm bed each. Ground-floor room with washing machine. Bathroom with large Italian shower, separate toilet.
