Semi-detached from the owners' house, former dairy cow farmers and tobacco and walnut growers, the Holiday cottage boasts a breathtaking view of the majestic Château de Castelnau. Access is via an outside staircase, leading to a large, bright and welcoming 60 m² living room, comprising a lounge and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen. Outside, enjoy a 15 m² semi-enclosed terrace with garden furniture, and 500 m² of semi-enclosed grounds, not overlooked by the owners. A haven of peace for a successful vacation!

Access to the Holiday cottage: a few steps lead up to a semi-enclosed terrace with garden furniture. Inside, a living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: 1 with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90x190cm beds, a bathroom and separate WC. In winter, a supplement of €5 per day is charged for heating.
