Located at the crossroads of Périgord and Quercy, on the outskirts of a small village, surrounded by meadows, forests and Hiking trails, close to the main sites of the Dordogne Valley (Sarlat, Lascaux, Rocamadour, vallon d'Autoire, Loubressac...), this 18th-century character house with dovecote is set in the Countryside, where you'll enjoy all modern comforts with antique furnishings and an open cantou-style fireplace. What's more, the owners will welcome you in their barn, which has been specially converted to give you a glimpse of life in the Quercy region in days gone by: evening gatherings around the cantou, evening toil and the discreet arrival of modernity... The barn will remain at your disposal for the duration of your stay, so that you can extend your stay with a change of scenery, if you wish.

Enclosed courtyard, terrace and 10000m² grounds with swing, petanque court and rampeau (local bowling game). Stairs lead up to Holiday cottage. First level: independent fitted kitchen, large living/dining room with open fireplace, 2 bedrooms: 1 with a 140x190 bed and the other with a 130x180 bed, bathroom and separate toilet. 2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190), 1 bedroom fitted out in the pigeonnier on 2 levels (1 bed 120, 1 bed 90), shower room and indpdt wc. Ground floor: 1 bedroom with access from outside: 1 double bed (140cm), shower room opening onto the bedroom, WC. Fitted pantry with freezer, additional fridge and washing machine. Oil and/or wood heating (heating not included, please allow €20 per day heating supplement, estimate variable depending on outside temperatures and cost of fuel at time of booking). Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 18 people (to be arranged with the owner).
