Situated on the banks of the Dordogne in the heart of the village of Floirac, this totally independent Holiday cottage is not overlooked and boasts spacious, well-equipped rooms furnished with tasteful antique furniture. Just 15km from Rocamadour and 15km from the Gouffre de Padirac, the house is ideally placed for visiting the Lot's major tourist sites (castelneau castle, autoire gorges, grottes de presque, grottes de Lacave etc). For walkers, there are numerous walks in the surrounding area, enabling you to discover the superb landscapes of the cirque de Montvalent, Uxellodunum (an ancient Roman site), stroll along the banks of the Dordogne or go canoeing, and for hikers, there are numerous signposted footpaths at your disposal... a vacation full of discoveries. The village has a charging station for electric cars. There's also a gourmet restaurant and a crèperie close to the Holiday cottage. A few steps lead up to the Holiday cottage. On the 1st level, you'll find a living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher), a bedroom with 1 bed 1.30m and storage space, and a separate toilet. On the 2nd level, there are 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 1.40m and the other with 1 bed 1.40m and 1 bed 0.90m) plus a baby bed with storage space, a shower room with WC and a relaxation area on the landing. Oil-fired central heating. Laundry room in the cellar with washing machine. Outside, a terrace overlooking the garden and a vast 3000m² semi-enclosed garden. Wifi internet access. The buildings shown in the photos belong to the same property and are not occupied. The entire house is at the exclusive disposal of guests; it is not overlooked and is totally independent. Bed linen, towels, household linen and cleaning optional. Free Wifi access. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
