In a very peaceful setting, the holiday cottage is located in the heart of Bouriane: on one side, the picturesque village of Lherm; on the other, the Masse Valley, designated a natural site. Featuring a private pool, the holiday cottage combines the joys of swimming with the beauty of the surrounding landscape, where numerous trails invite you to discover our forests, explore nature, breathe in the fresh air, and reconnect with what truly matters.
The cozy interior blends modern comfort with local touches for unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Detached holiday cottage located 30 meters from the owners’ home, ensuring complete privacy; Wi-Fi available. Living room/dining room/kitchenette, laundry room, sink, and toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with duvets (1 bed 1.60m, 1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m, and 1 baby bed), shower room, toilet. A terrace with covered parking, a small uncovered terrace, and a large elevated outdoor terrace with a view. Private oval Piscine (11x4, ranging from 80 cm to 1.80 m in depth) on approximately 3,000 m² of land. The property is set on an 8-hectare estate of fields and Forests. The Piscine is open from April through late October; it is fenced and equipped with a standard-compliant alarm.

Le gîte "Lamouroux" est parfait, et totalement conforme à nos attentes, et à la description présentée.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, dans une région magnifique.
Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte, très fonctionnel, calme et très confortable.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine privée.
