Gîte in an 18th-century barn, adjoining the owners' house with completely independent entrance, located in a hamlet. The gîte is an old barn with a pleasant aspect. Walking trails from the gîte, Dordogne river beach 100m away. Gîte on one level: living room (with fireplace, library) / kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), bathroom with toilet, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, unfenced grounds, enclosed courtyard. Oil-fired central heating and fireplace with insert. Off-season rates include heating. Baby equipment on request.
