This old restored mill is perfect for a couple or a group of friends... and for those who love fishing, there's a pond right next to the gite! A few steps lead up to the Holiday cottage. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, gas stove, fridge-freezer and all small appliances), living room with fireplace overlooking the pond and stream, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m), shower room, separate WC. Laundry room on garden level with washing machine and 130cm extra bed. Outside, unenclosed grounds of 5000 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and portico. The stream and pond around the Holiday cottage are not fenced. The Holiday cottage is 200m from the D673.
