Nestled in a charming, peaceful hamlet in Gramat, this family home is an invitation to rest and conviviality. Just a stone's throw from the animal park, it enjoys unobstructed views over the gentle hills and surrounding fields. The vast enclosed grounds allow you to enjoy the absolute tranquility of the setting. The gîte, carefully decorated in pure local style, exudes a warm, authentic atmosphere. For nature lovers and hikers, there's a hiking trail in the immediate vicinity, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. A haven of peace for the whole family, in perfect harmony with the beauty of the Quercy region.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer) and indept WC with space for cleaning equipment. First floor: 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings (2 beds 0.90m or possibility of bed 180, 1 crib), staircase with 1 bed 90, shower room. Electric heating and fireplace. Accessible from outside: laundry room with washing machine and sink. Outside: gas plancha and garden furniture. Enclosed grounds of 1000m² and an enclosed courtyard in front of the gîte. Heating package €30/week or €5/day.

Pitine Le Lot sous la pluie
Ce gîte est situé dans un hameau très agréable et reposant.
L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait.
Il y a toutes les commodités dans la maison.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable malgré la pluie qui était au rendez-vous pour une partie du séjour.

Bretilliens Excellent séjour.
Gîte idéalement placé pour découvrir le Causse de Gramat, sa faune et sa flore, tout en restant à proximité de sites remarquables comme Rocamadour, Padirac, Pech Merle, Saint Cirq Lapopie, entre Lot et Dordogne.

Floris Beau sejour
Le gite est bien situé au calme .l accueil du propriétaire est sympathique. Mais le gite a été donné à la location assez sale ( portes vitrees pleines de caca de mouches , araignées et toiles à gogo et dessous de meubles tres sales) la literie est sommaire . 1 seule paire de drap alors qu on a loué 2 semaines. Il y a aussi peu de verres et de couverts donc on a du faire tourner le lave vaisselle tous les jours . Il aurait besoin d un nettoyage par des professionnels. Nous n y retournerons pas .
