Situated just 80 meters from the beaches of Carnon, this detached Holiday cottage offers the ideal setting for a vacation with family or friends. In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along the quays of the port, discover the lively restaurants, or explore the Natura 2000 zone, a veritable haven of Biodiversity. The Montpellier exhibition center, airport and train station are all within easy reach. Don't miss the Château des Comtes de Melgueil in Mauguio, witness to the region's rich medieval past.
The air-conditioned house has a warm, contemporary feel. It comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee makers), a living room with TV and sofas, a convivial dining room, two separate WCs, and four shower rooms with showers and washbasins. The Holiday cottage is completed by a studio independent from the rest of the house, with a sleeping area, a small kitchen with microwave, fridge and coffee machine, a shower room and a small private terrace with garden furniture.
