You'll have easy access to all City d'Agde's entertainment and beach restaurants in season. And don't miss the chance to explore the medieval village of Pézenas, the Fonseranes Locks along the Canal du Midi in Béziers or the pretty City of Sète.
The modern, exotic-style bedroom is on the first floor of the owners' house. The upstairs bedroom, shower room and toilet are reserved for guests.
- The proposed room measures 15m2 with a 160*200 bed and storage space. Reversible air-conditioning at night, weather permitting, direct access to a landscaped outdoor terrace.
- Bathroom with double shower and private wc.
- Coffee maker and kettle at your disposal.
It is also possible to reserve 2 double rooms by selecting the 4-person suite. The 2 bedrooms are located on the same floor and share a bathroom. They both have their own private terrace, but are connected.
This suite is ideal for a group of friends wishing to book together, or for a family with grown-up Kids.
You'll then have access to the entire outdoor area:
- Shaded or sunny terrace
- Landscaped garden
- Piscine heated from May to October (opening hours: 10am - 7pm)
- Outdoor shower
Towels for bath, Piscine and Beach are provided.
An appetizing, full breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., featuring local, seasonal produce.
Parking is available inside the gated property, or outside. The surroundings are very quiet.
The owners live with their very affectionate dog Lester.
The house is not suitable for Kids under 12.
A transfer from Béziers or Montpellier train station or airport is available on request.

Barbie006 Séjour au top avec des hôtes Merveilleux!
Séjour très agréable avec des hôtes présents, à l'écoute, arrangeants. Ils ont permis à mon fils de se baigner dans leurs piscine lors de notre arrivée tardive.
Les équipements sont tops, le petit déjeuner préparé par Florence est généreux !
La literie très confortable et ce, dans un environnement calme!.
J'ai pu stationner ma voiture dans la propriété, ce qui est un plus très appréciable !
Florence et Philippe nous ont aussi indiqué de belles balades, des lieux typiques à visiter.
La maison est magnifique et nous nous y sommes sentis bien!

Ppjuju Le paradis de la France
Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil et notre prise en charge du début jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour était au petit soin. La maison où on nous a accueilli était très chaleureuse avec la piscine qui était à la bonne température. Un petit-déjeuner aussi aux petits soins avec de tout et que des produits locaux
On nous a aussi très très bien indiqué que ça soit des restaurants, des marchés, la vogue des plages à faire on reviendra sans aucun doute. Merci et à bientôt!- Cleanliness
