Enjoy your vacation just a stone's throw from the Sea in the pleasant Villa Grain de Sable, with its garden terrace, spacious living room and pleasant bedrooms, the ideal place to spend your vacation by the water, while still being able to visit some of the region's must-see sites nearby: Montpellier and its many activities, the Petite Camargue, Le Grau du Roi, Palavas-les-Flots and its Mediterranean lighthouse, the Ambrussum in Lunel... Thanks to its location, you'll also have easy access to the many shops, restaurants and services in Mauguio-Carnon.

The Etang de l'Or is also close to the accommodation, a nature reserve offering magnificent scenery and the chance to observe a wealth of flora and fauna, including pink flamingos and other bird species, perfect for nature walks. Twenty kilometers away, you can also discover the charming town of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone with its cathedral, as well as the salt marshes where you can enjoy a pleasant Hiking on one of the many salt marsh trails.

The Holiday cottage comprises:
First floor:

- A beautiful living room with dining area and lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV, all surrounded by picture windows overlooking the Holiday cottage's garden-terrace;
- A well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all you need to prepare delicious meals;
- A first bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed;
- A second bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed;
- Two bathrooms with shower and washbasin with mirror;
- An outdoor area with terrace (with garden furniture) and garden with deckchairs and barbecue.

First floor:
- A third bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed;
- A third bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and WC.

Public parking lots are available in front of the Holiday cottage and in the subdivision (€35/week).
