Holiday cottage for 6 people on the edge of the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc.

Enjoy a quiet stay by the Piscine with a magnificent view, or explore the surrounding area. Many activities await you, such as Hiking or canoeing at the Réals base. Don't miss out on a visit to Olargues, a medieval village classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", as well as to sites that have branded the region's history (Antiquity with Nissan les Ensérune, Roman times with Narbonne, Cathar times with Béziers Cathedral and the village of Minerve...). The Massif du Caroux is an ideal site for hikers, climbers and nature lovers, with numerous marked trails and viewpoints; or the Gorges d'Héric with its waterfalls and natural swimming pools in summer. You can also enjoy the beaches of the Languedoc region or the mountain lakes around 45 minutes away.


The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:

- A 50 m2 living room with sofa, TV, dining table and a fireplace.

- Fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee-maker, etc.), dining table.

- Laundry room behind the kitchen, with washing machine and ironing facilities.

- A 1st bedroom of 18m2 with a 160*190 double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, air-conditioning.

- A 2nd bedroom of 18m2 with a 140*190 double bed, chest of drawers and closet. It has a French window opening onto the terrace, air-conditioning.

- A 3rd 11m2 bedroom with a 140*190 double bed, wardrobe and air-conditioning.

- A large bathroom with 2 basins and a walk-in shower.

- Separate WC

- Terrace with table, chairs and plancha grill

- Swimming pool (4*8) with alarm (see owner for instructions)

- Petanque court
