Just a few kilometers away, the vibrant City of Montpellier opens its doors to you, with its medieval streets, the majestic Saint-Pierre Cathedral, the Jardin des Plantes and the Museums Fabre. In less than 30 minutes, you can reach the beaches of Palavas-les-Flots or Les Aresquiers, or the port city of Sète, renowned for its authentic atmosphere. Nature lovers can explore the gorges de l'Hérault, the spectacular caves in the hinterland, not forgetting the surrounding vineyards, perfect for an oenological getaway in the heart of the Languedoc.

The detached, modern villa is arranged over two levels. On the first floor, you'll find a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, Senseo coffee maker), a bright living room with sofas and dining area, and a bathroom with shower and basin.
Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises four comfortable bedrooms:
