Thanks to its location, you'll also be able to get to the many shops, restaurants and services in Mauguio-Carnon. Twenty kilometers away, you can also discover the charming town of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone with its cathedral, as well as the salt marshes where you can enjoy a pleasant Hiking on one of the many salt marsh trails.

This Holiday cottage comprises :
- A beautiful living room with dining table, relaxation area with sofas, coffee table and television, and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils, all opening onto the terrace;
- A large terrace overlooking the Beach and the Sea, with a superb view, garden furniture and sun loungers;
- This living area also features a 90x200 cm single sofa bed in the living room;
- A first bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed;
- A second bedroom with two Bunk beds and a single 90x200cm bed;
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin with mirror;
- WC separate from shower room.

You can also park privately in the Holiday cottage grounds, and park your bicycles in the Holiday cottage garage.
