South of the Cévennes, 40 km north of Montpellier and 70 km from Nîmes, close to the Sea, single-storey, ground-floor detached house in the heart of the village of St-Bauzille-de-Putois, set in the beautiful surroundings of the Hérault valley. Living room, kitchen, CH.1 (1 bed 160X200), CH.2 (2 twin beds 90X200), independent lounge, shower-room with Italian shower, WC. Central heating and reversible air conditioning. Electricity included up to 56kw/h per week. Enclosed garden and parking area 500 m², garden furniture, barbecue. Beds made on arrival, possibility of renting towels (8€/pers.), tea towel kit included. Compulsory cleaning fee €60.
Overcrowding not authorized (4 people maximum).

Coco & Co Maison agréable et confortable.
Maison très fonctionnelle pour deux couples. La cuisine est agréable et bien organisée.
Nous regrettons que les propriétaires n’aient pas chauffé la maison avant notre arrivée. Nous avons eu très froid la première nuit et le premier jour. Il faut dire que les températures extérieures étaient négatives.
Sur les photos, on voit la maison isolée alors qu’on est dans un lotissement calme mais les autres maisons sont assez proches. Un peu loin de tout. Il faut prendre la voiture.- Cleanliness
