In the south of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, Berlou is a small wine-growing village nestled in the hills of the Minervois Caroux. This territory, between garrigues and gentle mountains, seduces with its authenticity and natural wealth. Nearby, the villages of and offer colorful Markets, swimming in the river and tastings of famous wines. The Gorges d'Héric, the Caroux massif and the many signposted trails will delight lovers of Hiking, cycling and unspoilt scenery. Cyclists will appreciate the proximity of the Voie Verte "Passa Pais", offering safe, panoramic routes. Here, people come to recharge their batteries, discover a lively terroir and enjoy a peaceful setting, far from the hustle and bustle. And for those looking for something different, the Mediterranean Sea and its Beaches are just 40 minutes away, while the cities of Béziers and Narbonne are within easy reach for a gourmet or cultural getaway.
This semi-detached, air-conditioned, single-storey Holiday cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The living space comprises a modern, functional open-plan kitchen (pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers), a dining room with large dining table, and a bright living room with sofa bed and TV, plus separate WC.

On the night side, there are two spacious bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200 (convertible into 2 beds 80x200) + 1 trundle bed, with private shower room and adjoining toilet suitable for disabled guests.
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200 (convertible into 2 beds 80x200) + 1 trundle bed.

Outside, a superb south-facing covered terrace and private Jacuzzi (extra charge). A shared outdoor Piscine completes the relaxation facilities. Parking is available on the property.
