Located just 200 meters from the Beach and a stone's throw from the port, this Holiday cottage is the perfect opportunity to spend your vacation by the water, while still being able to visit some of the region's must-see sites nearby: Montpellier, la Petite Camargue, le Grau du Roi, Palavas-les-Flots... Thanks to its location in the heart of Carnon-Beach, you'll also be able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and services just a few steps from the apartment (a hundred meters or so by crossing the street at the bottom of the apartment). Etang de l'Or is also just a stone's throw away.

The studio (air-conditioned) comprises :
- A sleeping area with a 2-person 140x190 cm bed; - A living area with a comfortable three-seater sofa that converts to a 90x200 cm single bed, ideal for a Kids, a TV (connected to Canal+, Disney+ and Prime Vidéo) and storage furniture ;
- A well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils; - A bathroom with bath, washbasin with mirror and washing machine; - A separate toilet off the bathroom; - A patio terrace with panoramic views over Carnon and the surrounding area, including a relaxation and dining area.

A must-see: the sunrise over the Beach, just 2 minutes away! An Umbrella bed and a high chair (0-3 years) can also be provided free of charge by your host. Free parking is available in several large public parking lots 150 meters from the cottage. Electricity recharging points are also available at the same distance. Housekeeping deposit for guests not reserving the housekeeping option: 35€.
