A holiday cottage ideally located by the sea, just a few meters from the Beach and the village shops.

On the ground floor of a house, it features:
- a bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90×190).
- a 21 m² living room with a large table and a sofa, as well as an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, and electric kettle.
A washing machine is available for your use.

A terrace with a table and chairs is available for you to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
You also have access to lounge chairs for sunbathing.

The owners live in the apartment above.

Portiragnes is a peaceful and very pleasant village for enjoying a family vacation by the sea.
Nearby, you’ll also find amusement parks (Europark, haunted house, escape room, etc.) for kids of all ages!
You can also go on lovely bike rides in the surrounding area as well as along the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be sure to stop at the 9 Locks of Fonseranes in Béziers!
The nearby Mediterranean beaches, such as Valras-Plage and Sérignan-Plage, offer stretches of golden sand where you can relax and soak up the sun. These lively seaside resorts are perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.


The Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, accessible by car from Portiragne, features unspoiled landscapes, hiking trails, and picturesque villages waiting to be explored. This natural sanctuary offers a peaceful escape into the heart of nature.
Finally, the village of Pézenas, renowned for its medieval streets and local crafts, offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Its colorful markets and quaint shops invite you to explore and marvel.
