O Coeur des Vignes

Right in the heart of the vineyards and olive groves of the Hérault region, and just a stone's throw from the village of Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens, come and enjoy a pleasant stay in the O Cœur des Vignes gîte for four people, and relax by the pool in this modern, spacious gîte, in a calm, relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the Hérault countryside.

The gîte, which has WiFi and air conditioning, opens onto a large, elegant and well-appointed living room with lounge, Gllum is cool and kitchen. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your vacation: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils... The Gllum is cool living and dining area features a large dining table, two sofas for watching TV, and a large storage unit. From this living area, you can access a balcony-terrace, complete with garden furniture, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, in the calm of the Hérault sunshine.


The gîte also has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and mirrored washbasin; the first bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed with bedside table, and the second has two 90x190 cm single beds that can be combined to form a 180x190 cm double bed. The gîte also has a laundry room with washing machine.


Outside the gîte, you'll find a garden area and garden furniture in front of the gîte. You'll also have access to the owners' swimming pool, just 30 meters from the gîte in the owners' garden, with exclusive use from 9am to 6pm and shared use from 6pm.
Two cars (maximum) can park privately in front of the gîte, with access through an automatic gate.
