In the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet vineyards, you'll enjoy a comfortable, single-storey Holiday cottage, ideal for discovering the Étang de Thau and the typical villages of the Hérault coastline.

Located on a wine-growing estate where Picpoul de Pinet grapes shape the landscape, this Holiday cottage lets you stay as close as possible to Mediterranean traditions. Just a few minutes from the Etang de Thau, you can easily reach Bouzigues and its oyster tastings, Marseillan and its old port, or Sète, dominated by Mont Saint-Clair and renowned for its Museums and year-round beaches. The cities of Pézenas, Béziers and Agde are also well worth a visit for their cultural and culinary delights. The Holiday cottage, entirely on one level, offers 45 m² of space designed for a simple, pleasant stay. The main room features a functional kitchen and a relaxation area with a sofa bed for one person and a TV.
The bedroom has a double bed, and there's also a shower room and separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the natural surroundings of the unenclosed grounds and pine forest, shared with a second Holiday cottage upstairs.
The 10 m² terrace, in front of the entrance, becomes a privileged space for your meals or your moments of rest. A barbecue is at your disposal as well as a parking space on the spot. A joint passage also allows access to the property's cellar. Bicycles can be lent on request to explore the surrounding area. Housekeeping service available (see directly with the owner). Bed linen and towels not provided. A charging point for electric vehicles is available on request from the owner. Charging is only possible during the day, as it is powered by photovoltaic panels.
