Located in the heart of the famous Picpoul de Pinet Vineyard, this Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy a stay among vineyards, pine forests and lagoons. Just a few minutes from the Etang de Thau, you'll discover Bouzigues and its shellfish tables, Marseillan and its lively port, and Sète, a singular city between sea and canals, dominated by Mount Saint Clair. The region also offers a fine balance between heritage, art of living and wide-open spaces, with Pézenas and its historic center, Béziers and the Fonséranes locks, and the beaches of the Hérault coastline. Situated on a winegrowing estate in the immediate vicinity of the owner's home, this 72 m2 single-storey Holiday cottage offers pleasant, well-equipped accommodation. The living area includes a lounge and an open-plan kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments after a day of discovery. The accommodation is equipped with a television, reversible air conditioning, radiant convectors and a wood-burning stove, ensuring optimum comfort in all seasons.
On the night side, the Holiday cottage offers: One bedroom with a 160x200 bed One bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a double bed Outside, you'll find an unenclosed shared plot with barbecue and parking space.
A second Holiday cottage is available on the estate, allowing you to accommodate several families or friends, while preserving the independence of each. Bicycles can be lent on request, ideal for exploring the surrounding wine trails. A charging station for electric vehicles is available on request from the owner, with recharging possible only during the day thanks to the photovoltaic panels. A cleaning service can also be provided, to be arranged directly with the owner (bed linen and towels not included).
