In the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet vineyards, this air-conditioned Holiday cottage welcomes you to a vineyard in a peaceful, natural setting, just a stone's throw from the Etang de Thau.

In the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet Vineyard, this Holiday cottage is located on a winegrowing estate, right next to the owner's home. Surrounded by vines and a pine forest, it offers a calm, natural setting, while providing quick access to the shores of the Etang de Thau, an emblematic territory of the Hérault region. Bouzigues and Marseillan invite you to discover the oyster beds and local gastronomy, while Sète beckons with its port, Mont Saint-Clair, Museums and Beaches. Further afield, Pézenas, Béziers and Cap d'Agde complete the range of cultural and seaside outings on offer. The Holiday cottage, 80 m2 in size, is adjoined to another accommodation without opposite. It has two separate entrances: one at the bottom requiring the use of a staircase, and a second at the top with a single step. The living space comprises a convivial living room incorporating a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing meals after a day of discovery. The accommodation is equipped with a television, reversible air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, ensuring optimum comfort in all seasons.
The bedrooms are divided as follows: one with a double bed (160x200) one with two single beds (90x200) A shower room and separate toilet complete the interior. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace equipped with a table, four chairs and a barbecue. A larger, unfenced communal outdoor area is accessible (shared with a 2nd Holiday cottage), in the pine forest. Parking is provided on the property. Bicycles can be lent on request, a great way to explore the paths between vineyards and lagoons. A recharging point for electric vehicles is available on request from the owner. Recharging is only possible during the day, as it is powered by photovoltaic panels. A cleaning service can also be provided, to be arranged directly with the owner (bed linen and towels not included).
