Mas du Petit Chemin

Close to the historic City of Pézenas (Molière's city), the Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the small village of Caux. Between Sea and garrigue, a peaceful interlude to enjoy nearby Hiking, Mediterranean beaches, Lake Salagou, the Bassin de Thau and the charm of Occitanie.

The 11-person gîte has been converted from a former stable into a 200m² building with outbuildings featuring a free private Jacuzzi for 6-7 people, fenced pool (7x3m5xprof.1m20), shower and WC.


On the first floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen and lounge, WC and a first bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a shower room.


On the air-conditioned 1st floor: access via a hall/library, Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160X200), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160X200), Bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190 cm, 1 bed 90X190 cm), Bedroom 5 (2 beds 90X190), 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs.


Central heating, bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included.


Optional: bathroom linen (€8/person).

Pets allowed under certain conditions.

An outdoor massage service is also available as an option within the gîte.


TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Pézenas (town of art and history), Villeneuvette, Mourèze, Lac du Salagou. Close to beaches: Cap d'Agde, Sète, Balaruc-les-Bains, Marseillan-Plage, Valras. Picturesque sites: St-Guilhem-le-Désert, Canal du Midi, Cirque de Mourèze, Lac du Salagou.

Our gîte is not at all suitable for parties and musical evenings, so these are not permitted. We have promised our neighbors that our house will remain a quiet place. Thank you for your understanding.
