In Saint Pons de Mauchiens, in the heart of the Countryside, you'll enjoy a village of character ideally situated between Pézenas, Clermont l'Hérault, Sète and the Etang de Thau. You're close to the beaches of Cap d'Agde and the Mediterranean ports, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the vineyards at the end of the day. Pézenas, a City of Art and History associated with Molière, invites you to stroll through its ancient streets, while Sète and its canals offer a lively maritime atmosphere. A little further afield, the Etang de Thau offers oysters and lagoon landscapes, while the hinterland is ideal for a variety of excursions during your stay. This Holiday cottage, semi-detached from the owners' house, is suitable for family stays of up to 6 people. The living area features a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and kettle, and opens onto the dining/living room. The living room features a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV. For your comfort, there's air conditioning in the living room and a wood-burning stove, with wood supplied, for cooler stays. The bathroom has a shower, two basins and a washing machine. The Holiday cottage has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: one double bed 140 x 190, approx. 9.9 m² Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 and one single bed 90 x 190, approx. 12.47 m² Bedroom 3: two single beds 90 x 190, approx. 10.54 m² Outside, you'll share a garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, ideal for enjoying long summer evenings.
The shared 5 x 10 m swimming pool, 1.50 m deep, is secured by an alarm and net barrier, and is open from early June to late September, so you can enjoy a relaxing swim.

Private parking is also available on site. The owners live nearby and are available if needed, leaving you free to enjoy your independence. Pets allowed on request (please contact the reservations department). An electricity charge of 2 kW per person per day is included, with any excess charged at the current rate. Calm, natural surroundings, a swimming pool and a central location between vineyards, the Etang de Thau and the Mediterranean make this Holiday cottage a practical and pleasant address for your vacations in the Hérault.
