Located in Vic-la-Gardiole, between garrigues, ponds and Mediterranean beaches, Mas de Jacquet invites you to discover a rich and dynamic region. From the Holiday cottage, you can easily follow the cycle paths to the coast and enjoy a preserved environment. You can also reach Sète to stroll along the canals or enjoy the ambience of the port, while Montpellier, accessible by public transport, beckons with its historic center and lively alleyways. Activity lovers will find plenty to do in Vic-la-Gardiole, from water sports to horse-riding, fishing or just walking.

This fully restored former wine cellar has been transformed into a modern family home (not air-conditioned), designed to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a large table for sharing meals, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and two types of coffee maker - filter and Nespresso.

Ground floor:
- One bedroom with two 90x200cm beds, and a family room for four comprising 2 interconnecting rooms with a 160x200 bed and two 90x200cm single beds.
First floor:
- Three bedrooms with a 160x200cm bed, and a family room for four identical to that on the ground floor.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin with mirror.

Outside, you'll enjoy a garden and private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The private outdoor swimming pool (3.50 x 10 x 1.50 m) is a great place to relax. Ping-pong and a pétanque court complete the on-site leisure facilities. Secure private parking.

Parties and festive evenings not permitted (house in village center). Bathroom linen not provided.
