Just 2 km from Lamalou-les-Bains, the famous Haut-Languedoc spa, this 100 m² semi-detached house in the heart of a charming village welcomes you for a stay dedicated to Wellbeing and nature. Ideally located, it offers quick access to the Caroux massif, the Gorges d'Héric and the many outdoor activities of the Parc Naturel Régional.

On the first floor, enjoy a spacious living room with reversible air-conditioning, including a lounge (sofa bed), a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, hood, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a shower room with toilet. A wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in mid-season or winter.

Upstairs: three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190) and one with two single beds (90x190), a bathroom with toilet. All with electric heating.

Outside, it's time to relax: you'll appreciate the lovely 37 m² shaded terrace with electric awning, the 600 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, the equipment for young and old: swing, table soccer, barbecue, garden furniture, and the private garage.

For added comfort, bed linen and towels can be rented from the owner.

Additional heating (meter reading required) and optional wood heating (1st flambé offered - price depends on market at time of stay).
