This 100 m² Holiday cottage welcomes you in its 55 m² living room which includes lounge, living room and kitchen, where you will have access to a terrace with garden furniture and above-ground swimming pool.
A small laundry room with washing machine and iron and a separate toilet are at your disposal.
You'll also enjoy two bedrooms. The first, 17m², has a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom with WC. The second, 16.5 m², has two single beds (90x190) and a shower room.
All rooms have access to the second terrace at the front of the house, with uninterrupted views.
Bed linen, towels and housekeeping included.

S. Gite sympa et calme
Le gite est bien il y a de la place. Un salle d'eau par chambre c'est pratique avec des adolescentes.
La clim est bien pratique et fonctionnelle on peux définir la température dans chaque pièce.
Le piscine est un peu petit mais mais le jardin n'est pas très grand.
il y a une belle place de stationne de compris avec le gite.
on est à 1h des plages mais pour faire des journées d'excursion c'est parfait.
Le petit village est calme et il y a plusieurs restaurants donc pas complétement isolé.
Il y a plein de ballade a faire dans le coin.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Assignan. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié, la présence de linge de lit et de toilettes, la climatisation, les produits de nettoyage...

Ad prima vakantie woning
Heel goed, van alle voorzieningen uitgerust modern huis. Tijdens ons verblijf heerste er een hittegolf zodat door de aanwezige airco het aangenaam was.
